Instructions were given to wear "circus themed attire" to Live Alive - Explore the Obscure, and boy did...about half of them. A bizarre bazaar of sorts put on by Art Spot/SOTA. I came prepared to photograph some pals and left sweat-soaked, buzzed on rum and lsd, armed with an arsenal of photos I couldn't wait to process. I graciously indulged in the musicians I knew and loved which left me delightfully satisfied. The crowd too was anxious for Rockmoninoff to come on and when they exited the stage, begged for more of their intoxicating vibratations.

The bands I hadn't had the pleasure of witnessing before the night did not disappoint. Stoned Moses, The Tailor, and of course the lovely Seraphim were wonderful all for very different reasons. Anyone would be a fool not to give an ear to listen, and measure the difference themselves. The granny burlesque performer was radical and unique to say the least. The night was wonderful and I was proud to take part in the experience.
ALSO- word up to Suzi and Christine for humbly taking door and coat check duty.
